Periods, Dogs and Weather Together Ok, going off of birth control produces some killer cramps in my body. I haven't had a 'non-birth-control-regulated' period in over 2 years, so this is really a new feeling to me. My body feels as if it isn't an automaton any more. Watson and Delilah continue to do well together. They play and have a lot of fun, and Del is really pretty good about being nice to Watson and respecting that he is a lot smaller than she is. She's not perfect at it, but better than we thought she would be. Wednesday, the actual temperature here is supposed to be 99 degrees with a heat index of 105 degrees with about 80 percent humidity.
