Take away the power you have given the physical things such as meds or the pill to rull over your life. We are the creator of our reality, but only when we take up the responsibility of it. Intent and energy can do wonders. Whenever you would like another Reiki treatment just say so, I can even do distances if you would like....and show those cramps who's boss :) :)
