Reiki I received my Reiki 1 degree today from a woman in my massage class. I am really excited about it. She asked me to document any and all changes- physical, spiritual, emotional- that I experience in the next few weeks. So far, I am stubbing my toes all over the place- at least 5 times since I got home! Isn't that odd?
