Summit Meetings Ok, so there has been some progress in my campaign to go home to Illinois. I have talked with Justin, and he isn't very happy here either, although he feels that it might be 'career suicide' to leave from this job so soon. I am not sure what to think about that. He also feels that he would be letting a lot of people down if he did decide that this wasn't right for him. Overall, though, he said that he doesn't really like it here enough to stay as long as he would have to to be promoted to another plant in another state.
