10 Pound Weight Loss

I have lost 10 pounds since I was weighed at the doctor in mid-December. Whee!

I am so very excited! I forgot how good it felt to exercise and get on the scale once a week, seeing my weight go down. I have 40-45 pounds to go, and I know that I can do it.
