Painfully Obvious Things that are becoming painfully obvious to me... I have a hard time, integrity-wise, working for a woman who uses the n word regularly and also refers to homosexuals and lesbians as "queers" or "faggots". I want to punch her out. Especially when she starts out her sentences with "I don't mean to be ugly, but..." YES, YOU DO MEAN TO BE UGLY. AND YOU ARE SUCCEEDING. This is the holier-than-thou Pentacostal Christian, mind you. I really need the money, so I feel like a sell-out for continuing to work with her bigoted self. She makes my skin crawl. I need new brake pads on my car. I think that I will make enough money this week to afford replacing them- does anyone out there have a rough idea of what that should cost? I need new glasses/contacts. I am debating on just getting glasses, no contacts this time. I need to truly unleash my inner geek. The doggies need to be outdoor doggies.
